Absolute Trust Community Constitution

1. General provisions
1.1 The Absolute Trust Community, hereinafter referred to as ATC, established by us, as a peaceful nation, consisting of living worldwide peoples
1.2 On basis of voluntary and mutual decision, in agreement with accepted responsibility, to achieve the goals and objectives, stipulated and not stipulated in this Constitution for the benefit of everything and everyone
1.3 Full name of the nation: Absolute Trust Community, short name: ATC
1.4 Location of ATC: semita Oculus 404, Old Beach, Absolutia
1.5 Mailing address for correspondence: General Postal Office Box 3144, Beersheba, Israel
1.6 ATC is considered to be established as a legal entity [ens legis] and a political body [corpus politicum], a non-incorporated structure from the moment of its establishment
1.7 ATC is the materialization of our voluntary and conscious unity and the manifestation of free will
1.8 Native tongue [Russian], being a clear and comprehensible speech for us, is the dominant and official tongue of the ATC, the meanings of words and phrases of the current ATC Constitution retain the meanings invested by the drafters and cannot be interpreted otherwise, translation into any other language has only an introductory purpose and does not change the sense and meanings.
1.9 Some documents will be drafted by ATC in English to facilitate constructive interactions
1.10 Compliance with the current ATC Constitution is mandatory for all Members of ATC

2 Jurisdiction and activities of ATC
2.1 All members, having become a part of ATC, recognize and follow exclusively: the Cones of the primordial source and universe and the Codex of ATC
2.2 In accordance with the Cones of primordiality, the Universe and the Codex of ATC within this Constitution, all ATC Members are subject to and answerable only to primordiality and have full and complete immunity from all jurisdictions
2.3 ATC's subjects matter is harmony, restoring balance through unification, constructive interaction and fulfillment of purpose, seeking, preserving and transmitting knowledge, helping and assisting seekers and allies, and protecting, guarding and preserving life and development
2.4 ATC members have legal capacity [caput] and interact honestly and transparently, without concealing their activities through persons [personae], in accordance with 2.3
2.5 ATC members may carry out any type of activites in harmony with the intent of the primordial source and the ATC activities, stipulated and unstipulated by the current ATC Constitution for the fulfillment of the set objectives
2.6 Certain activities may be carried out by ATC on the basis of assumed responsibility, in order to achieve the goals and objectives of this Constitution and those not contemplated by it, in accordance with the intent of the original Constitution and the powers and privileges defined in this Constitution.
2.7 ATC and all ATC Members may engage in any activity consistent with the purposes of ATC's creation, income-generating and non-income-generating, as well as any action involving securities, any assets, property and non-property rights, tangible and intangible, participation in any societies, communities and partnerships, not inconsistent with the purposes contemplated and not contemplated by this Constitution in harmony with the intent of the primordial will
2.8 ATC Members, may acquire and exercise property and non-property rights, tangible and intangible, in harmony with the purposes of ATC, stipulated and non-stipulated by the ATC Constitution, and bear full responsibility and obligations related to these activities
2.9 In furtherance of its purpose, ATC may form other non-profit organizations and join associations and unions
2.10 Interference in any ATC activities by foreign governments and other organizations is strictly prohibited

3 ATC Judicial System
3.1 ATC trials are conducted in accordance with the accepted tenets of trial by Natural Law, in the form of a jury trial with a minimum of twelve (12) jurors
3.2 All ATC court sessions shall be recorded and stored in the ATC archives
3.3 Decisions of the court sessions:
3.3.1 Shall be made public immediately
3.3.2 Based only on fairness, common sense and impartiality
3.3.3 The full range of reasons for this decision is announced
3.4 The Court of Natural Law is based on four (4) primary postulates:
3.4.1 Do no harm
3.4.2 Commit no fraud
3.4.3 Cause no injury
3.4.4 Keep the peace

5 Modifications and amendments
5.1 The Constitution may be amended and/or supplemented by a unanimous agreement of the Council of Three
5.2 All rights are protected by territorial law, international law in harmony with natural law

The Codex of Absolute Trust Community

1. We consciously accept responsibility and are ready to: cherish, guard and keep, and preserve, nurture and care for all created by the prime-source;
2. We love, value, and protect ourselves;
3. We constantly improve and develop ourselves, strive for Knowledge, for Light, for Truth, always verify received information, learn from mistakes and acquire experience;
4. We live in balance and harmony with ourselves and those around us;
5. We keep our word and remain true to promises we made;
6. We love and value our speech, engage in conversation culturally and respectfully;
7. We reasonably administer our abilities, qualities, properties, talents, manage our feelings, control our emotions;
8. We are creators and co-makers and reject a parasitic worldview in achieving goals and objectives at the expense of others;
9. We act, our affairs and actions speak for us;
10. We are self-demanding, moving forward, growing, and evolving in all areas of life;
11. We are against lies and distorted information;
12. We always welcome the others;
13. We respect everyone's privacy and assist only when asked;
14. We always act the way we'd like others to act toward us;
15. We are able to hold a conversation and adhere to the adage: “Speech is silver, silence is golden”;
16. We always ask and clarify if the meaning of spoken words is unclear;
17. We neither justify ourselves nor judge the experiences of others;
18. We treat common property with care and respect;
19. We are honest with ourselves, saying everything directly "in the face";
20. We have the ability and the right to say “no,” even when asked for help by other, in distress;

Уклад Содружества Абсолютного Доверия

1 Общие положения
1.1 Содружество Абсолютного Доверия, именуемое в дальнейшем САД, учреждённая нами нация живущих по всему миру людей
1.2 на основе добровольного и обоюдного решения, в согласии с принятой ответственностью, для достижения целей и решения задач, предусмотренных и не предусмотренных действующим Укладом во благо всему и всем
1.3 Полное наименование нации: Содружество Абсолютного Доверия, сокращенное наименование: САД, полное наименование на английском языке: Absolute Trust Community

1.6 САД считается созданным как легальное образование [ens legis] и политическое тело[corpus politicum], структура без образования юридического лица с момента его учреждения

1.9 Некоторые документы Содружество составит на английском языке, в целях облегчения конструктивных взаимоотношений
1.10 Соблюдение действующего Уклада САД обязательно всеми Участниками САД

2 Юрисдикция и предметы деятельности САД
2.1 Все участники, став частью САД, признают и следуют исключительно: Конам перво-iстока, мироздания и Конам САД
2.2 В соответствии с Конами перво-iстока, мироздания и Конами САД и в рамках данного Уклада, все Участники САД подчиняются и отвечают только перво-iстоку и обладают полным и целостным иммунитетом от любой юрисдикции
2.3 Предметом деятельности САД являются: гармония, восстановление баланса посредством объединения, конструктивного взаимодействия и исполнение предназначения, поиск, сохранение и передача знаний, помощь и содействие ищущим и союзникам, а также оберег, охрана и сохранность жизни и развития
2.4 Участники САД обладают правоспособностью [caput] и взаимодействуют честно и прозрачно, без сокрытия своей деятельности посредством лиц [personae], в соответствии с 2.3
2.5 Участники САД могут осуществлять любой вид деятельности в согласии с замыслом перво-iстока и целями САД, предусмотренными и непредусмотренными действующим Укладом САД для исполнения поставленных целей
2.6 Отдельные виды деятельности могут осуществляться САД на основе принятой ответственности, для достижения целей и решения задач, предусмотренных и непредусмотренных данным Укладом в согласии с замыслом перво-iстока и полномочий и привилегий, определённых сим Укладом
2.7 САД и все Участники САД могут осуществлять любую деятельность, отвечающую целям создания САД, приносящую и не приносящую доход, а также любое действие, связанное с ценными бумагами, любыми активами, имущественными и неимущественными правами, материальные и нематериальные, участие в любых обществах, сообществах и товариществах, не противоречащих целям, предусмотренным и непредусмотренным данным Укладом в согласии с замыслом перво-iстока
2.8 Участники САД, могут приобретать и осуществлять имущественные и неимущественные права, материальные и нематериальные в согласии с целями САД, предусмотренными и непредусмотренными Укладом САД, и несут полную ответственность и обязанности, связанные с этой деятельностью
2.9 В интересах достижения своей цели САД может создавать другие некоммерческие организации и вступать в ассоциации и союзы
2.10 Вмешательство в любую деятельность САД со стороны инородных государственных и иных организаций категорически запрещено

3 Судебные заседания
3.1 Судебные заседания САД проводятся в соответствии с принятыми устоями ведения процесса в форме Естественного Права, в виде суда присяжных с минимальным количеством из двенадцати (12) присяжных
3.2 Все судебные заседания САД протоколируются и заносятся в архив САД
3.3 Решения заседаний:
3.3.1 Оглашаются незамедлительно
3.3.2 Основываются только на справедливости, здравом смысле и непредвзятости
3.3.3 Оглашается полный спектр причин данного решения
3.4 Cуд Естественного Права основывается на четырёх (4) первичных постулатах:
3.4.1 Не навреди [Do no harm] – живи и созидай во благо
3.4.2 Не обмани [Commit no fraud] – будь честен с собой и другими
3.4.3 Не причиняй страдания [Cause no injury] – живи безущербно
3.4.4 Храни мир [Keep the peace] - пребывая в любви и благости

мировоззрение в достижении целей и задач за счёт других;

развиваемся во всех сферах жизни;
11. Мы против лжи и искажённой информации;
12. Мы всегда приветствуем другого;
13. Мы уважаем личное пространство каждого и оказываем помощь только
по просьбе;
14. Мы всегда поступаем так, как хотели бы, чтобы поступали с нами;
15. Мы умеем вести беседу, в разговоре придерживаемся пословицы «слово –
серебро, молчание – золото»;
16. Мы всегда спрашиваем и уточняем, если смысл сказанных слов неясен;
17. Мы ни оправдываемся и ни осуждаем опыт других;
18. Мы бережно относимся к общему имуществу;
19. Мы честны сами с собой, говорим всё прямо «в глаза»;
20. Мы умеем и вправе говорить «нет», даже когда нас просит о помощи
другой, попавший в трудную ситуацию;
